The 5th International Conference on Law Enforcement and Public Health (LEPH2019) is an event that will explore the complex and diverse intersections of law enforcement and public health.

It is estimated that in Latin America there are more than 2 million children and adolescents who have one of their parents deprived of their liberty and that of these, almost half a million live in this situation due to the mass incarceration of people for minor non-violent drug crimes.
