Коморбидные психические заболевания и расстройства, связанные с употреблением психоактивных веществ, связаны с неблагоприятными криминальными, социальными и медицинскими последствиями. Тем не менее, их бремя не достоверно известно среди заключенных. Поэтому мы стремились оценить распространенность сопутствующих серьезных психических заболеваний и расстройств, связанных с употреблением психоактивных веществ (двойных расстройств) среди людей, находящихся в тюрьмах во всем мире.
